The website located at www.trendex.gg (the “Website”) is the property of Trendex (“we,” “our,” or “us”). The following Terms and Conditions also incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published from time to time (collectively, these “Terms”).

Our Website, together with any content, functionality, and services offered on or through it, shall be collectively referred to as the “Services.”

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use the Website or Services.

1. Purpose of $SUAREZ Tokens

The $SUAREZ Tokens are intended to function as a fan engagement tool, enabling access to digital experiences, collectibles, and community participation related to Luis Suárez.

  • They are not investment opportunities, securities, or financial products of any kind.

  • No government agency has approved or endorsed $SUAREZ Tokens.

  • We make no guarantees about future value or price performance.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).

  • It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before acquiring, holding, or trading $SUAREZ Tokens.

  • Tokens may not be available in jurisdictions where digital asset transactions are restricted or prohibited.

3. Wallets & Technology Requirements

To use $SUAREZ Tokens, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining your own compatible crypto wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare).

  • Safeguarding your wallet keys and passwords.

  • Covering all blockchain transaction fees associated with your use of tokens.

Trendex does not have access to your wallet or private keys and cannot restore lost access.

4. Third-Party Providers

The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms (e.g., MoonPay, Phantom, Jupiter, Axiom). These providers are not controlled by Trendex.

  • We are not responsible for their services, availability, or data handling.

  • Use of third-party platforms is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

5. Fan Engagement Perks

From time to time, Trendex may offer $SUAREZ token holders access to exclusive experiences such as:

  • Digital collectibles

  • Community voting features

  • Event participation (online or offline)

All perks are discretionary, may change without notice, and are not guaranteed. Travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses related to events are the sole responsibility of the participant.

6. Physical Items, Tickets & Merchandise

Trendex may, in its sole discretion, provide $SUAREZ token holders with access to physical items (such as signed memorabilia), tickets to events, or other merchandise.

  • Shipping, taxes, duties, and related costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Delivery timelines and availability may vary by region.

  • Trendex is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping providers or third parties.

  • Any tickets provided are subject to the rules and regulations of the event organizer.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Luis Suárez’s name, image, and likeness are used under official agreement.

  • Trendex is not affiliated with FIFA, Serie A, UEFA, or any other sports organization.

  • All Website content, branding, and artwork are the property of Trendex or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them without permission.

8. Risk Disclosure

By acquiring or using $SUAREZ Tokens, you acknowledge that:

  • Token prices may be highly volatile.

  • Blockchain networks (e.g., Solana) may experience downtime, congestion, or attacks.

  • Transactions are irreversible.

  • You assume all risks associated with your use of tokens and the Services.

9. No Refunds

All $SUAREZ Token transactions are final and non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Trendex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed USD $500.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under JAMS rules.

  • Class actions are not permitted; claims must be brought individually.

12. Modifications

We may update or amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
