These Luis Suárez Meet & Greet Application Terms and Privacy Notice apply to the application form available on suarez.trendex.gg and any related pages, forms, messages, or communications operated by Trendex.

By submitting the application form, you agree to these Terms.

1.⁠ ⁠Organizer

The application process is organized by Trendex Inc., together with its affiliates, partners, representatives, service providers, and event partners where applicable.

2.⁠ ⁠Purpose of the Form

The form allows individuals to apply for a potential invitation to a limited meet and greet experience with Luis Suárez.

Submitting the form does not guarantee that you will be invited, selected, contacted, admitted to the event, or allowed to participate in the experience.

This is a curated selection process. It is not a random draw, raffle, lottery, sweepstakes, or game of chance.

3.⁠ ⁠Information Collected

Trendex may collect information that you submit through the form, including for example:

•⁠ ⁠First name and last name

•⁠ ⁠Email address

•⁠ ⁠Phone number

•⁠ ⁠Country or city of residence

•⁠ ⁠Age confirmation

•⁠ ⁠Social media handles, if requested

•⁠ ⁠Football or fan-related interests

•⁠ ⁠Reasons for wanting to attend the experience

•⁠ ⁠Any other information you choose to provide

Trendex may also collect technical information related to your form submission, such as timestamp, IP address, browser type, device information, and referral source, where permitted by law.

4.⁠ ⁠How Applicants Are Selected

A limited number of applicants may be selected by Trendex to receive an invitation.

Selection may be based on several criteria, including but not limited to:

•⁠ ⁠Completeness and accuracy of the application

•⁠ ⁠Eligibility

•⁠ ⁠Availability to attend the event

•⁠ ⁠Location and logistical feasibility

•⁠ ⁠Relevance of the applicant’s profile to the experience

•⁠ ⁠Interest in football, Luis Suárez, athlete fan experiences, or the Trendex platform

•⁠ ⁠Safety, compliance, and event capacity considerations

•⁠ ⁠Other criteria determined by Trendex in its reasonable discretion

Trendex may decide not to select any applicant, to select fewer applicants than expected, or to modify the selection process if necessary.

5.⁠ ⁠No Purchase Required

No purchase is required to submit an application.

Purchasing any Trendex product, digital item, membership, token, pass, or service does not guarantee selection or admission to the meet and greet.

6.⁠ ⁠Invitation and Confirmation

If you are selected, Trendex may contact you by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or another communication method using the contact details you provided.

You may be required to confirm your attendance within a limited time period. If you do not respond within the required timeframe, Trendex may offer the invitation to another applicant.

Invitations are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, assigned, or transferred to another person without Trendex’s prior written approval.

Trendex may require selected applicants to provide additional information for identity verification, security, logistics, or event access purposes.

7.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated by Trendex, applicants must be at least 18 years old to submit the form.

If the experience is made available to minors, a parent or legal guardian must submit the application on behalf of the minor, must provide any required consent, and may be required to accompany the minor at the event.

Trendex may refuse, cancel, or revoke an invitation if an applicant provides false information, fails to meet eligibility requirements, violates these Terms, behaves inappropriately, or creates a safety, security, legal, reputational, or logistical concern.

8.⁠ ⁠Event Conditions

The date, time, location, format, duration, access rules, and content of the meet and greet may be changed at any time.

Participation may be subject to additional venue rules, security checks, identification checks, health and safety requirements, confidentiality obligations, or instructions from Trendex, Luis Suárez’s representatives, venue staff, security teams, or event partners.

Unless expressly stated in writing by Trendex, selected applicants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, visas, transportation, and any other expenses related to attending the experience.

9.⁠ ⁠Photos, Videos, and Publicity

The meet and greet may be photographed, filmed, recorded, or otherwise captured by Trendex, its partners, media teams, or event representatives.

By attending the experience, you acknowledge that your name, image, likeness, voice, appearance, and participation may be captured and used by Trendex for documentation, marketing, social media, press, promotional, and commercial purposes, to the extent permitted by law.

Where required by law, Trendex may ask you to sign a separate image release or consent form before participating.

10.⁠ ⁠Use of Personal Data

Trendex will use your personal data for the following purposes:

•⁠ ⁠Reviewing and managing your application

•⁠ ⁠Assessing eligibility and selecting applicants

•⁠ ⁠Contacting selected applicants

•⁠ ⁠Managing event logistics, access, security, and attendance

•⁠ ⁠Communicating important updates about the experience

•⁠ ⁠Preventing fraud, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized access

•⁠ ⁠Complying with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or security obligations

•⁠ ⁠Improving Trendex products, services, fan experiences, and campaigns

•⁠ ⁠Sending promotional communications where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by applicable law

11.⁠ ⁠Legal Bases for Processing

Where the GDPR or similar privacy laws apply, Trendex may process your personal data based on one or more of the following legal bases:

You may withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

Trendex may contact you about its platform, athlete fan experiences, football-related opportunities, digital fan products, events, memberships, or related promotions only where permitted by applicable law.

Where required, Trendex will rely on your separate opt-in consent for promotional emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, or similar marketing communications.

You can unsubscribe or opt out of promotional communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link, replying with the relevant opt-out instruction, or contacting Trendex.

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect necessary communications related to your application or a confirmed event invitation.

Trendex may share your personal data with:

•⁠ ⁠Service providers that help operate the form, website, CRM, email, SMS, hosting, analytics, security, or event logistics

•⁠ ⁠Luis Suárez’s representatives, where necessary for event planning, approval, logistics, or security

•⁠ ⁠Professional advisers, legal counsel, insurers, auditors, or authorities where required

Trendex does not sell your personal data.

Selected applicants and attendees must behave respectfully and comply with all instructions from Trendex, event staff, venue staff, security personnel, and Luis Suárez’s representatives.

Trendex may deny entry, remove an attendee, or cancel participation in the event in case of inappropriate conduct, harassment, intoxication, disruption, security concerns, violation of rules, or any behavior that Trendex considers unsafe or unsuitable.

20.⁠ ⁠Changes, Cancellation, or Substitution

Trendex may modify, postpone, relocate, suspend, or cancel the application process or the experience at any time for operational, legal, safety, commercial, security, or other reasons.

Trendex is not responsible for any costs, losses, or expenses incurred by applicants in connection with the application or the event, including travel or accommodation costs, unless expressly agreed in writing.

21.⁠ ⁠No Guarantee or Endorsement

Submitting the form does not create any contractual right to meet Luis Suárez, attend an event, receive any product, benefit, token, membership, reward, or compensation.

Any references to Luis Suárez, football clubs, leagues, teams, sponsors, venues, or third-party brands are for identification or event description purposes only, unless expressly stated otherwise.

22.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendex and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to the application process, selection process, communications, event access, or participation in the experience.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

23.⁠ ⁠Governing Law
